Privacy Policy

CoinGlint does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, and no advertising.
The short version. CoinGlint is a menu bar app that shows public cryptocurrency prices. It asks public exchange APIs what a coin costs and draws the answer. It has no server of its own, no user accounts, and no tracking of any kind. Everything it remembers — your chosen pairs, display settings and price alerts — is stored only on your Mac.
What we collect
Nothing. CoinGlint has no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising identifier, and no telemetry. We operate no server that could receive your data, so there is nowhere for it to go.
This is why CoinGlint's App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected.
What stays on your Mac
The app saves the following locally, inside its own sandboxed container. None of it is ever uploaded.

Deleting the app removes all of it.
Network requests
To show a price, CoinGlint makes ordinary HTTPS requests to the public market-data endpoints of the exchange you select:

These requests carry no account, no device identifier, and no information about you. They say only which trading pair is being asked about. As with any request your Mac makes to any website, the exchange's servers can see the IP address it came from — that is a property of how the internet works, not something CoinGlint sends. Each exchange's own privacy policy governs what it does with its server logs.
CoinGlint contacts no other host. It has no update server, no configuration server, and no backend.
Subscriptions and payment
CoinGlint Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment. CoinGlint never sees or handles your payment method, billing address, or Apple Account details.
The app asks Apple's on-device StoreKit framework a single question — whether this Mac currently has an active subscription — and caches the yes-or-no answer locally. Apple's own privacy policy covers the purchase itself.
Notifications
Price alerts are delivered as local notifications generated on your Mac. There is no push notification service and no server involved. Your alert rules are never transmitted anywhere.
Children
CoinGlint is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, and delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to look up, hand over, or erase. The data described above lives on your own Mac and is under your control: change it in the app's settings, or remove it entirely by deleting the app.
We do not sell or share personal information, because we have none.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

我们收集什么
不收集任何东西。CoinGlint 没有集成统计 SDK、崩溃上报服务、广告标识符或任何遥测。我们不运营任何可能接收你数据的服务器，因此数据没有去处。
这也是 CoinGlint 在 App Store 的隐私标签显示为「未收集数据」的原因。
哪些数据留在你的 Mac 上
App 会在自己的沙盒容器内保存以下内容，这些数据从不上传。

删除 App 即可清除全部内容。
网络请求
为了显示价格，CoinGlint 会向你所选交易所的公开行情接口发起普通的 HTTPS 请求：

这些请求不携带账号、设备标识符，也不包含任何与你相关的信息，只说明正在查询哪个交易对。与你的 Mac 访问任何网站一样，交易所服务器能看到请求来自哪个 IP 地址 —— 这是互联网的固有机制，并非 CoinGlint 主动发送的内容。各交易所如何处理其服务器日志，适用它们各自的隐私政策。
CoinGlint 不会连接任何其他主机。它没有更新服务器、没有配置服务器、没有后端。
订阅与支付
CoinGlint Pro 是通过 App Store 销售的自动续期订阅，由 Apple 处理付款。CoinGlint 从不接触你的支付方式、账单地址或 Apple 账户信息。
App 只向 Apple 在本机的 StoreKit 框架询问一个问题 —— 这台 Mac 当前是否有有效订阅 —— 并把这个是或否的答案缓存在本地。购买行为本身适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
通知
价格提醒是在你的 Mac 本地生成的通知，不涉及推送服务，也不涉及任何服务器。你的提醒规则从不被传输到任何地方。
儿童
CoinGlint 并非面向儿童设计，且不收集任何人的数据，包括 13 岁以下儿童。
你的权利
GDPR、CCPA 等法规赋予你访问、更正、导出和删除企业所持有的个人数据的权利。我们不持有任何此类数据，因此没有可供查询、提供或删除的内容。上述数据保存在你自己的 Mac 上，完全由你掌控：在 App 设置中修改，或删除 App 以彻底清除。
我们不出售、不共享个人信息，因为我们没有这些信息。
政策变更
本政策如有变更，修订版本将在此页面发布并标注新的生效日期。重大变更也会在 App 的更新说明中注明。
